Materials

Mouth-blown white Murano glass vase crafted using the filigrana technique, which involves applying black glass canes directly onto the incandescent glass.

Murano glass

Every Murano glass piece is unique and represents a true work of art rooted in Italian tradition. A noble and precious material, glass is masterfully shaped through ancient artisanal techniques such as mouth-blowing, filigrana and the balloton technique.

Our manufacturing processes are environmentally friendly because for us, design means living in a more sustainable world! All our creations are Made in Italy and undergo strict quality controls.

Filigrana is one of the oldest Murano glassblowing techniques, which we at Morica have reinterpreted in a modern and colourful way.

Product Care

GLASS Our vases, which are created using art glass, should only be washed with lukewarm water and mild soap. Do not use ammonia or corrosive chemicals. Murano glass should be regarded as a precious jewel and, therefore, handled with great care.
