High-quality wood species encounters striking marble-effect moulded glass! A turned, solid wood base that curves gently to guide the outline of the glass. Each shape and each material have been carefully researched for a design that is never taken for granted.

Sideboard with 4 doors in MDF with real Laguna sessile oak veneer,
finished using varnishes with a very low environmental impact.
Doors in bronze mirrored methacrylate with Breccia Imperiale marble-effect patterned glass insert.
Base in solid dark sessile oak stained wood.
The dresser interior may consist of two drawers in MDF Laguna sessile oak veneered wood,
and two 6 mm shelves in clear smoked glass with height-adjustable shelf supports.
Push-pull mechanisms for doors.
The dresser is available also with 4 clear smoked glass shelves.

Laguna oak

Skilful twofold brushing of the raw material using iron and tinex has furnished an sessile oak variant that is inspired by the Venetian lagoon, where the dominant colour is a dark sessile oak grain with lead green detail.

Patterned glass

The glass doors are printed using HP latex inks and, therefore, do not contain any volatile chemical solvents. This particular print is non-toxic, odourless and low-emission certified.

Solid oak base

Base in sessile oak The solid sessile oak base endows the entire piece of furniture with great value. A turned piece of wood finished to match the shell, leaving nothing to chance.

The wood used in Morica’s manufacturing processes is FSC® – Chain of Custody certified, which guarantees traceability of the supply chain and the provenance of raw materials from responsibly managed forests. The varnishes used to make our pieces are water-based and are sourced from ISO14001 certified companies. Our manufacturing processes are environmentally friendly because for us, design means living in a more sustainable world! All our creations are Made in Italy and undergo strict quality controls. 

Printing on glass is non-toxic and odourless and uses environmentally friendly HP latex inks. It is Greenguard certified (low chemical emissions; UL 2818) and ECOLOGO® (reduced environmental impact; UL 2801).

A dresser fully covered in wood with mirrored methacrylate doors that embrace a marble-effect shaped glass. Push-pull mechanisms for the doors, supported by three burnished hinges. Carefully designed combinations unite white open pore sessile oak with Trinity White marble, where warm Canaletto walnut matches the amber hues of Patagonia marble, or Laguna sessile oak with green notes blends into the depths of white vein Breccia Imperiale marble.

Product Care

WOOD AND MDF Our furniture pieces, in solid wood and genuine MDF veneered wood, are handcrafted items of the highest quality, finished using varnishes with a very low environmental impact. Maintenance of these pieces is easy and only a few steps are required to keep them in good condition. 

For daily cleaning of furniture with eco-sustainable, water-based finishes, simply use a dry or slightly moistened cloth, while in the case of persistent stains use a vegetable sponge with mild soap and water. No oils or waxes should be used on furniture containing water-based finishes. Chemicals should also be avoided as they may corrode the varnish and create additional stains or halos. When cleaning flat surfaces, motion should be horizontal or vertical and be parallel to the grain of the wood as much as possible. It should also be remembered that real wood furniture exposed to direct light changes its colour over time, and white may yellow slightly. This change is considered to be a natural process of oxidation of the raw material. 

GLASS Patterned glass parts may be cleaned using a cotton cloth and glass cleaning products.
